Longevity: Adding life to one’s years and adding years to one’s life are the twin goals of anti-aging science. With the advent of the BabyBoomer generation beginning to see those fine lines and wrinkles, and not feeling like they can party all night long, Anti-Aging medicine has become a significant branch of medicine. There are numerous approaches to the subject, some done through the traditional medical world, some through the holistic world; each world has numerous discoveries to be shared and studied.
There is more and more research being done to shed light on those who achieve longevity, why some do and most don’t and what elements come together to create the perfect genetic environment to achieve a healthy, active and long life. From the village of Vilcabamba in southern Ecuador, to an isolated area of Pakistan known as Hunzaland, to the highlands of Georgia, one of the provinces belonging to the former USSR, we study and learn of the people who routinely live the longest on our planet (over 100 years) and we learn their secrets.
From fresh, clean foods, cleaner air and mineralized water, to stress management, to the medical designer therapies, like injectable cell therapy and Gerovital, to dozens different diets and which superfoods are really ‘super’, we certainly do know that we can achieve less pain, greater mobility, keener memory and intellect, and more as we approach our older years. We’ll keep the information coming and hope we help you on your journey through your first 100 years.
